Your TN Members 1st credit card is serviced by Elan Financial Services. That means all questions should be directed to the Elan Financial Services team. Elan Financial Services can be reached at: 1-800-558-3424
We understand that this change means you will no longer be able to visit the credit union and have one of our local member service representatives review your credit card transactions, address any questions, or process your credit card payments. We are confident that Elan Financial Services will be able to provide consistent, high-quality service to all our members who are actively using or interested in opening a credit card.
Your new TN Members 1st FCU credit card, serviced by Elan Financial Services, can be found at your credit card portal. You will not be able to see credit card information inside your TN Member 1st FCU digital banking dashboard.
There are multiple ways to access your credit card portal:
- Directly: Your credit card, serviced by Elan Financial Services, comes with an online account portal, My Account Access. In your internet browser, navigate to https://www.myaccountaccess.com/onlineCard/login.do
- From the TN Members 1st FCU website: At the top of every page of our website, next to the 'Open an Account' and 'Online Banking' buttons, you'll see a link for 'Credit Card Portal.' This will take you directly to the My Account Access webpage. There is also a link available on our credit card page, found at: mymembersfirst.org/creditcards
- Using the Elan Credit Card mobile app: Your credit card, serviced by Elan Financial Services, comes with a free mobile app to check your balance, pay your bill, and review recent activity! Visit https://card.myaccountaccess.com/credit/mobileApp.do to learn more and download the mobile app! Please note that this app is separate from your TN Members 1st FCU digital banking app. The two apps DO NOT connect or share information.
No. Because your TN Members 1st FCU credit card is serviced by Elan Financial Services, information is on a completely different system than your TN Members 1st FCU digital banking. To see your credit card transactions, you'll want to log in to your credit card portal, My Account Access.
No, we are unable to take credit card payments at any TN Members 1st FCU branch location.

Points can be redeemed online at myaccountaccess.com, the Elan Mobile App, or by calling the Rewards Center at 1-800-229-8864.
The credit union continually assesses our products and services to ensure we're providing the best member experience and options available. The creditor and issuer of your credit card account has been changed to Elan Financial Services as of November 2025.
If you need information related to your previous TN Members 1st FCU credit card, which was previously serviced by PSCU/Velera, please contact the credit union at 865-482-4343 and request assistance with your credit card. Be sure to let us know that it's information from the previous card that you are looking for or need assistance with, so we can work internally and with our credit card partners to find the best information to resolve your question, concern, or situation.
Your previous rewards balance has been transferred to your new credit card account, serviced by Elan Financial Services, and you will continue to earn credit card rewards points.
No, this service cannot automatically be converted to your new TN Members 1st FCU Account with Elan Financial Services. You should have received AutoPay enrollment information with your new credit card. You can also set up AutoPay with your new card by contacting Elan Financial Services Cardmember Services at 1-800-558-3424.
