ATM Questions
Members can use our Oak Ridge, Knoxville, and Methodist Medical Center ATMs at no charge. You can also use any MoneyPass or CO-OP ATM at no charge. If you are using an out-of-network ATM (anything that is not a TN Members 1st ATM, MoneyPass ATM, or CO-OP ATM) you may end up paying fees to both TN Members 1st FCU and the ATM Owner. No, there is no fee for your first ATM card or cards reissued due to natural expiration. There is a fee to replace lost/damaged plastic cards. See our Fee Schedule for the most up-to-date information.
