TN Members 1st FCU doesn't have a general email address. To get in touch with the credit union digitally: 

• Send us a message via digital banking.
• Use our contact form found at mymembersfirst.org/contact-us. You can also find this by clicking 'Contact' at the top of any page on our website.

TN Members 1st FCU has two physical branch locations, one in Oak Ridge and one in Knoxville. Our Drive Thru and lobby hours vary by day and branch location. The best way to find the most up-to-date credit union location and hours information is by visiting mymembersfirst.org/contact or clicking 'Locations' at the top of any screen.

Our branch fax numbers can be found below. We always suggest contacting the credit union before sending a fax so a Member Service Representative can assist with receiving and responding to any information provided via fax.

Becoming a member and opening an account is fast and easy! You can complete a membership application online using our online account opening platform or you can stop in to any branch location during posted branch lobby hours. Memberships are not able to be open over the phone or in the Drive Thru. All members are required to open a savings account with a minimum initial deposit of $5.00. This establishes your membership with Tennessee Members 1st Federal Credit Union.

You’ll want to have the following information on hand to make your application process as easy as possible:

• Government-issued ID/Driver’s License/State ID or Passport with current address
• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth
• Telephone Number
• Email Address

Please note, individuals may be required to physically come into a local branch to complete the membership process. Please contact the credit union for additional information.

TN Members 1st Federal Credit Union is a community credit union serving those who live, work, worship, or attend school in Anderson, Knox, and Roane counties.
