- Pay Online through the Elan Mobile App or website
- Pay by Phone – Can be done by calling the phone number on the back of your card.

Points can be redeemed online at myaccountaccess.com, the Elan Mobile App, or by calling the Rewards Center at 1-800-229-8864.
No, this service cannot automatically be converted to your new TN Members 1st FCU Account with Elan Financial Services. You should have received AutoPay enrollment information with your new credit card. You can also set up AutoPay with your new card by contacting Elan Financial Services Cardmember Services at 1-800-558-3424.
Your previous rewards balance has been transferred to your new credit card account, serviced by Elan Financial Services, and you will continue to earn credit card rewards points.
As soon as you receive your new credit card. Go to the website on the activation card or call the number on the back of the card to activate, then begin using it right away. Remember to destroy your old card.
Your new credit card will be mailed by 10/23/25.
The credit union continually assesses our products and services to ensure we're providing the best member experience and options available. The creditor and issuer of your credit card account has been changed to Elan Financial Services as of November 2025.
Yes, you will receive a new credit card account number. You will need to update any recurring payments, bill pay, and automatic billing with your new account number. This new number ONLY impacts your credit card with TN Members 1st FCU; it does NOT impact any of your other accounts at the credit union.
