You may pay your credit card bill by:
- AutoPay – Contact Cardmember Services at 1-800-558-3424
- Pay Online through the Elan Mobile App or website
- Pay by Phone – Can be done by calling the phone number on the back of your card. Please note that phone payments must be made with your account information. You will NOT be able to use a debit or credit card for payments over the phone. Contact your financial institution if you have questions on what the full format of your account number may be.

Points can be redeemed online at myaccountaccess.com, the Elan Mobile App, or by calling the Rewards Center at 1-800-229-8864.
As soon as you receive your new credit card. Go to the website on the activation card or call the number on the back of the card to activate, then begin using it right away. Remember to destroy your old card.
Your new credit card will be mailed by 10/23/25.
Yes, you will receive a new credit card account number. You will need to update any recurring payments, bill pay, and automatic billing with your new account number. This new number ONLY impacts your credit card with TN Members 1st FCU; it does NOT impact any of your other accounts at the credit union.
