Board of Directors

Are you interested in serving on our Board of Directors? This year, we will be electing multiple members to our Board of Directors. Biographies must be received no later than February 14, 2026.  

ELIGIBILITY

Any member in good standing is eligible to run for a place on the Board. If you’re interested in getting more involved within the community and working as part of a team to help drive the mission of the credit union forward, this is the perfect opportunity! Board members meet monthly and work to guide the credit union in a number of areas including policies and budgets.

SUBMITTING A BIOGRAPHY

Interested in serving on the Board of Directors? Submit your nomination by Saturday, February 14, 2026, to be considered by our nominating committee. A proposed Board of Directors slate is selected in February by our nominating committee, with the Board election happening in March at our Annual Meeting. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the credit union if you have any questions or are interested in serving on our Board of Directors.*

Biographies must be received by the specified deadline, and may be submitted in the following ways:

Nominations may also be made by petition signed by 1% of members in good standing and must be received by the specified deadline. Election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled.

Photos are used to share your biography information and image with our members prior to and at Annual Meeting if you are selected to be on the Board of Directors slate. We suggest photos where you are the only person, have not been excessively cropped, and can clearly see your face and shoulders. If you do not provide a photo at the time of nomination submission, a member of our marketing team will reach out to you for a photo if you are selected for the Board slate.
