About Us

Our website is getting an updated look in April!

We’re excited for mymembersfirst.org to get an update! The new website, coming in April 2024, will feature a more user-friendly navigation, simplified content, a new design reflecting the updated TN Members 1st brand, and so much more.

The redesign’s focus is to improve our members’ overall digital experience with a website that is easy to use, is more responsive, and includes convenient new features such as:

  • A new layout and simple navigation.
  • Accessibility features including translation, color contrast options, and fonts.
  • Website designed to scale on multiple devices with a responsive design.

We’re excited to debut a website that’s not only easier to navigate but streamlined to get you the information you need and want the most. There will be no changes to the TN Members 1st FCU digital banking platform (online or through the mobile app).

No. There will be no changes to the TN Members 1st digital banking platform. You will continue to log in with your current username and password after the website update.
We're updating mymembersfirst.org to improve your digital experience. This update will allow us to ensure our website is completely mobile responsive, working on multiple screen sizes; provide additional options for website accessibility; streamline our information so it's easier to find; provide a more interactive site to help you find the products and services that fit your needs; and more!
Absolutely nothing! When we go live, the new website will automatically load whenever you navigate to mymembersfirst.org.
Our main navigation menu will be updated to make it easier for you to find the products and services you're looking for. All items will now be found in one of the following main navigation headers: Save & Spend, Borrow, Online & Mobile, About, and Connect. Additionally, all menu items will be listed in alphabetical order to simplify finding what you're looking for.
Although everything will be directed to the updated website, after the website update takes place, we suggest updating any bookmarks or saved pages you may have so your device knows to pull the most recent, updated version of the website and isn't relying on an older version.
