Community Partner Annual Participation

Community Partners should use this form annually to update any contact information, verify their continued desire to remain a Community Partner, and sign up for annual participation opportunities. Each year, a limited number of outreach opportunities will be available exclusively to our community partners. Selections are not guaranteed and Community Partners should wait for confirmation their request has been approved before moving forward with any promotions. A drawing will take place where demand exceeds availability.

    This allows us to better understand the reach and service of our community partners while ensuring a good fit with our membership and Community Development Financial Institution initiative demographics.
    As a Community Partner, we will participate in 2+ Community Partner opportunities and/or activities per calendar year.(Required)
    This can include any combination of Community Partner events such as Community Day, promotional tables at branches, promotional eBlasts, printed inserts in mailed statements, eStatement banners, organization-specific financial education events, provided social media content, or customized participation opportunities.
