Once registered, members can log in to home banking from their Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome web browser to securely access their account 24/7.

Check account balances, deposit checks, transfer funds, track expenses, and more. As an important regulation reminder for members using Remote Deposit Anywhere on our Mobile Banking App, please remember to endorse the back of the check with:
- For Mobile Deposit only @TNMFCU
- Your account number
- The deposit date
- Your signature

In addition to the 24/7 account access options above, our free chat feature works like an instant messenger to give you secure access to a TN Members 1st FCU Member Service Representative who can assist you with general credit union and account questions during regular, weekday business hours.
To chat, just look for the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand portion of your web browser whenever you’re on any page of mymembersfirst.org! When you click on the chat bubble, you will be asked to provide your name and, if you choose, a phone number and email. These simply help us know who we’re speaking with. Once you hit ‘Start Chatting,’ one of our Member Service Representatives will be with you as quickly as possible.
