In order to sign in, you will need the following:

• Your user name. Please contact Member Services at (865) 482-4343 to setup your initial user name. It must be 8-15 characters in length and will be case sensitive.                                                                                                                               
• Your password. When signing on for the first time, you will be given a four digit temporary password. Immediately afterwards, you will be prompted to change it for security reasons! If you need assistance, please contact Member Services at (865) 482-4343.

Troubleshooting

For our member's protection, If you enter an incorrect username or password more than four times, your account will automatically be locked. To access your account again, simply call Member Services at (865) 482-4343 and have your account privileges reset.
