FAQs

When will I receive my 1099 or 1098?
The information is printed on the bottom of your December 2007 statement. There will be NO additional forms mailed out. The IRS does not require you to attach a copy of the 1099 or 1098 form to your tax return.

How do I "opt out" of courtesy pay?
See a credit union employee for the appropriate form you will need to sign. We encourage you to think about this decision. This program is designed to be a "safety net" for occasional financial errors that would result in high NSF charges and/or embarrassment to the member.
